Title: Senior Parenteral Inspection Technology Specialist
Location: Manatí, Puerto Rico (Open to Puerto Rico Residents)
Work Schedule: Onsite
Positions Available: 1 Technical Contractor
Position Summary
Our client is seeking one Technical Contractor to provide specialized support for Sterile Manufacturing Operations at the Manatí site.
The scope of work requires expertise in process science and parenteral inspection technologies to support ongoing manufacturing operations, technology transfer activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Parenteral Inspection Technology Specialist , focusing on inspection engineering activities for sterile and biologics products. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of new inspection technologies, supporting product transfer activities, and providing operational support for inspection systems.
The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure alignment with site priorities and regulatory requirements. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing environments are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inspection engineering activities for sterile and biologics products.
- Develop and implement new parenteral inspection technologies.
- Support product transfer activities.
- Provide operational support for inspection systems.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Execute validation activities and production line trials.
- Troubleshoot inspection equipment and systems.
- Manage inspection-related projects to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to support site priorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and site procedures.
