Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Compensation: $60k to $65k plus full benefits.
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ordering food and beverage supplies, scheduling staff, enforcing health and safety procedures, and managing the restaurant menu. The Restaurant Manager will monitor food preparation, ensure proper cleaning methods, inspect equipment and food deliveries, manage payroll, and implement attainable but challenging goals for hourly staff. The Restaurant General Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, and communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
· The Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation
· Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all the qualities that the Restaurant Manager should possess
· A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant Manager
· A requirement for the Restaurant Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
