We're looking for a Receptionist / Salon Coordinator who brings a warm smile, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to kids and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Manage appointments, check-ins and overall client flow
• Answer phone calls, texts and customer inquiries professionally
• Educate customers on retail products and services
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting front desk area
• Ensure salon cleanliness by disinfecting tools and work areas
• Assist with retail sales, stocking and visual displays
• Support stylists to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with shampooing or basic services (e.g., mini manicures), as needed
