Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for Full‑Time team members Dental and Vision plans for Part‑Time team members Generous paid time off for Full‑Time and Part‑Time team members Support for New Grads through the Powerback Clinical Mentorship Program H‑1B Visa and relocation assistance, including the Journey Travel Program Exclusive discounts on Wireless/TV, Home/Auto/Renters, Pet Insurance, Childcare, Eldercare, and more Clinical Fellowship Requirements SLP‑CF must complete a minimum of 36 weeks of Clinical Fellowship while supervised and mentored by a licensed, ASHA‑certified SLP SLP‑CF must complete all requirements for provisional licensure, if applicable, and practice in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards for the duration of the provisional license and Clinical Fellowship SLP‑CF must communicate status of Clinical Fellowship and licensure to the direct supervisor and Director of Rehab in a timely manner, including documentation and application completion SLP‑CF will not be eligible to provide supervision to students during the Clinical Fellowship SLP‑CF must meet productivity standards for the rehab gym or as directed by the Director of Rehab/Clinical Operations Area Director Consult with other members of the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with patient needs and capabilities Promote a safe environment and enforce elimination of fire and safety hazards Order supplies and equipment as necessary Clean, maintain, identify, and report need for repair of equipment Put Patient Service first, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere Responsibilities Screen, examine, and evaluate patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures; synthesize information and interpret examination findings to establish diagnosis, identify impairments, determine predicted level of improvement and time required to achieve it, and design plan of care Develop appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implement the speech‑language pathology treatment plan, and complete all related documentation and record‑keeping regarding services Facilitate identification of hearing deficits and appropriately refer for assessment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and/or personal amplification Select appropriate activities suited to the individual's physical and mental capacity, intelligence level, and interests Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly titled area acceptable to the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
