Come join our team! #readytoworkResponsibilities and DutiesConducts Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB)Develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Models implementation of treatment for RBTsMonitors implementation of treatment plans and provides feedbackProvides 1-on-1 therapy to patients as neededConducts caregiver trainingEnsures company standards of data collection by RBTsCollects data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction when requiredProvides ongoing assessments of behavior functionsParticipates in company team meetingsCompletes monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlinesParticipates in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agenciesPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBCaBA certification with the BACBBachelor’s degreeAbility to speak, read, and write English fluentlyBenefitsProvided to employees who are in full-time status:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offVision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Autism Specialty Group
