Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Hartford, CT

Field-based clinical specialist role supporting orthopedic joint replacement surgeries using robotic and manual techniques. The position involves operating room support, pre-operative planning, equipment setup, and on-call coverage in the Hartford, Connecticut area.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra-operative robotic system support
- Prepare operating room cases including instrumentation verification, equipment setup, and readiness confirmation
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
- Manage on-call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and coordinate account logistics including inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency managing stressful operating room situations with composure
- Previous clinical experience preferred (nursing, surgical technology, physical therapy, or related field)
Compensation: $65,900 - $91,600 USD Annual
