What You'll Do High quality and high‑volume customer service – assisting our members over the phone and in person at various stages of their membership. Receive and review paperwork to ensure thorough and accurate completion. Process changes. Retrieve account information for members and explain the information to them. What Helps You Succeed Customer‑service mindset with patience and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi‑task and redirect focus with frequent phone interruptions. Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally. Comfort working with documentation, records, and data entry. Ability to follow detailed procedures while multitasking. Required Minimum Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of demonstrated successful customer service experience by phone and/or in person. Notary Public or willingness to obtain Notary Public capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or 4 years of self‑directed office experience with customer service focus; call center experience preferred.
