Senior Technical Training Consultant - Blood Management Systems (Remote EST)

• $55-60/hr.
• 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
• Resume must explicitly indicate experience designing and delivering technical training for large-scale system implementations; strong Instructional Design (IDD) expertise required.

• Implement, operate, design, administer and/or document technical training programs, practices and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and current industry standards. 
• Establish and maintain consulting relationship with client group. Establish goals and objectives for assigned functional area instruction in conjunction with Management. Assess training program effectiveness, employee progress and delivery effectiveness.
• Lead performance improvement projects. Design and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop courses and tests using a variety of instructional strategies and applications as applicable. May be involved in vendor selection.
• Typically serves as SME and may lead other professional staff.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related technical experience required or in assigned functional area to include fully successful completion of most recent competency assessment, if applicable.
• Proficiency in instructional systems design (IDD) or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and come up to speed on new items quickly.
• Experience with Blood Blanking, Blood Management or Biomedical Services HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proven ability to present information to groups of various sizes. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or applicable software applications. Ability to work on a team.
