Roasting Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.25/hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

• Assist with receiving, staging, blending, and weighing green coffee beans.
• Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment, grinders, and loaders
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, bags, and production materials.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of roasting equipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures to meet daily production goals.

Roasting Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
• Frequently lift and carry 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull heavy carts and pallet jacks
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.

A Shift: 6AM to 6:30PM Rotating Schedule: Work 4 days one week Work 3 days the following week 12 hour shifts
