Key Responsibilities (may include other duties as assigned):
- Lead the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and company standards
- Supervise and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and training
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and ensure satisfaction
- Complete all necessary documentation and collect payments as required
- Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry advancements
Key Requirements(other requirements may apply):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing installer
- OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a team is preferred
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening after offer.
