ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Finance with a dotted line to the CFO and exec team, this is a high-impact Strategic Finance leadership role at the center of our growth. You won’t just report on performance—you’ll help shape the strategy, influence key decisions, and drive operational rigor across a complex, high-growth business. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional operators to optimize resource allocation, sharpen business insights, and support decisions that directly impact growth, profitability, and scale. This role offers true “seat at the table” exposure to how a PE-backed organization sets its operating cadence, executes against priorities, and builds for the long term. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a key financial architect, you’ll help power double-digit growth by bringing discipline, clarity, and insight to the business. You will: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing crisp, decision-ready analysis that shapes strategy and results. Develop and continuously improve financial models that guide planning, investment choices, and day-to-day execution. Own the company’s key KPIs, turning performance data into insights on growth, retention, profitability, and risk. Drive the budgeting and forecasting cadence, connecting near-term operating plans to long-range goals. Evaluate unit economics and business-line performance to pinpoint priorities and surface opportunities for efficiency and scale. Strengthen data-driven decision-making across growth and retention by blending internal results with market signals. Collaborate with data and systems partners to automate reporting, improve scalability, and increase financial transparency company-wide. This is not a back-office role—it’s a front-line leadership position with real accountability and outsized impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance. A strong bias toward action—you break down complex problems and drive solutions end-to-end with minimal oversight. Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity. Strong command of financial statements, business drivers, and investment metrics. A collaborative, operator-first mindset—you enjoy partnering cross-functionally as a trusted advisor. Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to solve hard, meaningful problems.
