Benefits Administrator: HR Ops & Open Enrollment

M/I Homes is seeking a Benefits Administrator to serve as the first contact for employee benefit and leave questions and to support day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs. Responsibilities include enrollment processing, Dayforce data entry, monitoring carrier feeds, monthly billing reconciliation, and administering routine leaves with AbsenceSoft under guidance from the Benefits Analyst and HR Benefit Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
