From day one, you will be an integral part of the defense team, handling diverse matters involving general liability, professional malpractice, and complex torts.Key Responsibilities:Case Management: Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution/trial.Drafting: Prepare high-level pleadings, motions, and legal memorandums.Discovery: Conduct and defend depositions and manage the discovery process.Court Appearances: Represent clients in New York State and Federal courts for conferences and arguments.Strategy: Collaborate with senior partners to develop innovative defense strategies for high-stakes claims.Who You AreThe Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice (or pending admission) in Arizona.The Experience: Experienced Attorneys are always welcome to apply.
