This includes learning, understanding and retaining facts and issues, paying close attention to detail, and anticipating important tasks to accomplish. You will formulate litigation or transaction plans and prepare litigation or transaction budgets as necessary. You will prepare intelligent and cost effective approaches to resolving conflicts for closing or settling the matter. You will stay in close and regular contact with the supervising lawyer, accomplishing the tasks in a timely manner (including keeping the supervising lawyer informed and presenting drafts in a timely manner to the supervising lawyer), tying together loose ends, producing good quality work, without missing important facts, issues and tasks.
