Production Operator II City: Salt Lake City About the role Skilled operator that is trained to operate and trouble shoot all equipment in their line/area. Operates under supervision from the Team Captain but reports into the TRM. Compensation: 24.50hr-30hr DOE Your responsibilities Operate production equipment and perform minor maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, conduct safety observations, and participate in EHS programs and audits. Execute manufacturing processes per SOPs, including material preparation, batching, and in-process quality checks. Maintain accurate production records, including batch data, test results, and equipment logs. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, complete equipment changeovers, and report issues or discrepancies promptly. The experience we're looking for 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment operating industrial equipment. Experience troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Background in completing batch records, production logs, and quality documentation accurately. Experience with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring production conditions. Proven ability to work in team-based environments and support training of new or temporary operators. The skills for success Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to maintain consistent production performance. Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and EHS practices. Strong ability to complete batch records and production documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring process parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.). Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience training new operators and using electronic systems for data entry and reporting.
