Annual Salary Range $70304.00 - $85000.00 per year Actual salary offer within the listed range may vary based on work experience and other objective factors. Duties Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership. Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Assistwith managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor. Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed. Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences. Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience andselectionandretainyour team. Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution. Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams. Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures. Basic Qualifications 1-3 + years leadership experience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!). Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications. Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences. Thrivein adynamic,fast-paced work environment. Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;and liftand carryup to50lbs.
