Key Responsibilities: Translate spoken and written communications between English medical staff and Spanish-speaking patients. Assist in client interactions to ensure clear understanding and smooth service. Maintain accurate records of translations and communications. Communicate effectively with clients and the dispatch team. Participate in regular training and meetings to enhance service quality. Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
