DPR Construction is seeking a Craft Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to assist in recruitment efforts for Skilled Trades candidates. This role includes full life-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, be bi-lingual in English/Spanish, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
