The Opportunity

LvlUp Ventures is seeking a highly driven Venture Capital Intern to join our Investment Operations & Strategic Partnerships team. You'll work directly with our investment teams owning pipeline management and the partnerships team owning real workstreams end-to-end — sourcing and onboarding partners, supporting live investment activity, and helping run the partnerships engine that powers our funds. This is not a passive or observational role: you'll be expected to take initiative, move fast, and deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment operations: deal flow screening, pipeline tracking, internal memos
• Source, outreach, and onboard strategic partners
• Manage partnership pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking
• Draft outreach sequences, one-pagers, and partnership materials
• Coordinate with founders, sponsors, and ecosystem partners across programs and events
• Take on ad-hoc, high-impact projects as they arise

Ideal Candidate

• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and operates well in ambiguity
• Wants real responsibility. Strong execution discipline and follow-through
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once
• 2+ prior internships (startup, venture, finance, or similar); founder experience a plus
• High integrity, high energy, founder-first mindset
• Interested in venture capital, startups, and company-building as a career path

Time Commitment

This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week
