We’re hiring a Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies at our rental facility in Odessa, TX , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This role will be responsible for providing front line Hassle-Free service to our customers through multiple service channels. Duties will include but are not limited answering inbound phone calls, corresponding with customers via e-mails and other customer ordering portals. Timely processing of quotations and estimates, providing status updates, tracking information, processing returns and resolving return and credit requests. From time-to-time you will also be asked to assist with warehousing and fulfilment duties as well.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

• Streamline order processing, adeptly manage blanket orders, quotations, and release
  schedules through Company systems.
• Thoroughly review orders for availability, accuracy, and pricing discrepancies
• Promptly inform customers of shipping dates and professionally address any potential
  delays
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintain the customer database by adding new accounts and meticulously verifying the
  accuracy of existing ones.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, showcasing
  exceptional customer service skills.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to elevate
  customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, cultivating trust, identifying
  growth opportunities, and documenting best practices.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of products to effectively assist customers, leveraging
  comprehensive product knowledge.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety in both office and warehouse environments,
  ensuring strict adherence among colleagues.
