Order Flow Coordinator, 1st Shift (On-site) Full-time At Lakeshore, we create innovative learning materials and world‑class guest experiences for teachers, parents and children. Responsibilities Allocate orders, release work to the floor, balance workflow and ensure individual waves are correctly prioritized and managed to predetermined wave cycle times. Assign and monitor fulfillment work including staging, shipping, wave times and pick and pack assignments for various functions. Use strong knowledge of WMS wave‑planning functionality to evaluate issues and maximize efficiencies. Create batches of orders (waves) and release them based on priority levels, order types, and the ability to batch like SKUs. Monitor released wave progress through pick, QA, VAS, Replen, Pack and Ship processes, communicating delays to the respective functional supervisor. Effectively communicate with all managers and supervisors. Create dashboard management reports related to wave cycle times, SLA performance, and backorders. Provide feedback to supervisors on issues impacting outbound order flow. Receive and manage order routing changes and edits from the company’s order desk and customer service. Force close waves when required and communicate proactively to affected supervisors. Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving and error‑resolution skills. Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Quickly adapt to changing situations. Working knowledge of HighJump and Pyramid Controller software.
