Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT licensure in Washington (or eligibility)
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices
• Experience with elementary and/or middle school preferred
• Adaptability to varied caseloads and environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as assigned
• Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families
• Conduct assessments and write reports tailored to student needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with school/state regulations
• Support IEP processes and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
