Vivvi is not your typical daycare or preschool! We're reinventing child care and early learning for today's families and creating opportunities for teachers and caregivers to do what they love (and feel valued while they're doing it). About The Role

Strategic & Business Leadership

• Lead school operations by developing and overseeing critical systems and processes related to staffing/scheduling, tracking enrollment, and policies and procedures etc.
• Oversee all compliance systems to ensure continuous adherence to applicable health, safety, and NC state licensing requirements, with a strategic focus on achieving and maintaining a 5-Star center rating.
• Be responsible for the overall management and business success of the campus.

Compliance & Program Excellence (NC 5-Star Focus)

• Play an active role in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding faculty and serve at the primary point of contact for people leadership and basic HR matters
• Cultivate a supportive and high-performing team culture by leading with positivity, providing constructive, strengths-based coaching, and facilitating meaningful professional development opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for people leadership and basic HR matters.
• Ensure the ongoing delivery of a high quality, developmentally appropriate emergent curriculum

Family & Community Engagement

• Provides a world-class family experience for all prospective and current families, including communication, retention and enrollment
• Foster and promote Vivvi's inclusive environment throughout all aspects of the school

Apply Today If You:

• Enjoy working with young learners, and see every child as infinitely capable
• Have 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Hold a NC Administration Credential Level III
• Have deep expertise in progressive learning models and child development including experience with emergent- or inquiry-based curricula
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the North Carolina Child Care Star Rated License requirements and proven success in continuous quality improvement necessary to lead a center to a 5-Star rating.
• Value and create strong relationships with families, children, and faculty
• Possess exceptional and inspirational leadership skills, including the ability to clearly define goals, model professional excellence, and motivate staff toward success through positive and empowering coaching techniques.
• Demonstrate a strong business acumen, including effective budget management and financial oversight of center operations.
• Be a proactive and strategic problem-solver, capable of managing complex operational and personnel challenges with integrity and fairness.

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our Campus Leaders earn salaries from $55,000-$69,400 based on level of education and experience. Full-time employees also receive benefits including tuition reimbursement, health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings, and commuter benefits.

Our newest campus in Liberty, N.C. is being specifically built to support the needs of the Toyota families, and will include the most up-to-date materials and equipment to ensure teachers have everything they need to deliver a high-quality educational experience.
