Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ growth in a school-based setting as a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with educational teams and provide essential services to students, making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid COTA certification and licensure for Pennsylvania
• Recent school-based COTA experience, or strong clinical background with pediatric populations
• Commitment to working the full 10 1/2 month school calendar
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Comfortable working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services as prescribed in students’ IEPs, under the guidance of an OT
• Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
• Support classroom staff, teachers, and families with strategies to enhance students’ day-to-day participation
• Provide intervention in both group and individual settings
• Adapt interventions to each student’s unique needs and learning environment
