What you'll do

• Complete a structured training program covering sales, customer service, financing, and leadership.
• Assist customers in selecting and buying vehicles that fit their needs.
• Learn pricing, financing options, and product knowledge.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Work with the sales team and leadership to hit goals and improve processes.

What We're Looking For

• Recent college grad (or equivalent) with a strong desire to build a career in sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to have

• Any prior sales or customer service experience and automotive knowledge
