Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Oncology background required. 2 years current nursing experience. 1-2 travel assignments required.

Unit Details: Adult medical non-surgical oncology telemetry unit caring for adult oncology, bone marrow transplant, CAR-T, hematologic, and solid tumor malignancy patients. Chemotherapy is given on the unit, but agency nurses are not required to administer it. Uses Alaris pumps.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
