We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Lexington facility in San Antonio, TX. The PSR serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting daily front office operations.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.

• Customer service skills and ability to resolve patient concerns professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bilingual a plus!
