We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a contract position. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details
- Start Date: 10/13
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in their medical status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time staff experience as an ICU RN prior to travel assignments.
- Current Hawaii RN License required.
- Valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
- ASN or BSN degree is preferred.
- Specialty certifications such as CRN, CCRN, or CV-BC are highly desired.
Compliance and Health Requirements
- All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application and throughout the duration of the contract.
- Compliance requirements must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date.
- Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days.
- Compliance with health requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, will be necessary.
Floating Requirements
Travelers may be required to float to other areas within their skill set based on operational needs.
