Contract
Seeking an experienced Utility Data Business Analyst / Data Consultant with hands-on experience supporting Electric or Gas Utility Customer Transformation / CIS programs .
The ideal candidate will have experience with utility customer data, Customer Care/Customer Operations, data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, reporting, SIT/UAT, and cutover activities .
Required Skills
- Public Utility / Electric Utility / Gas Utility experience
- Utility Customer Care / Customer Operations
- Customer Information System (CIS) transformation
- Data conversion / data migration
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Reporting, dashboards, KPI requirements
- SIT / UAT / testing
- Mock conversion / cutover / go-live
- Excel / PivotTables / data analysis
- Business requirements gathering
- Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with multiple utility companies/projects
- Customer-to-Cash / Meter-to-Cash
- Utility customer data
- Report rationalization
- Data governance / analytics
- Large-scale CIS or Customer Transformation programs
