We would love to meet you!We are seeking a dedicated Specialty Clinic Supervisor (Medical Assistant or LPN) to lead the day-to-day operations of our Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments. This role oversees clinic workflow and staffing, supports hiring and onboarding, and ensures appropriate clinic coverage. The Supervisor partners with the Site Manager to support staff performance and development, while leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of department projects, protocols, and initiatives.Salary Range: $60,000 - $74,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operations for Gynecology, Rheumatology, and Podiatry.Train and support new Medical Support Staff.Partner with the Site Manager on staff performance and development.Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.Communicate specialty updates, policy changes, medications, and clinical information to providers and staff.Facilitate provider and staff meetings across specialty departments.Evaluate emerging clinical advancements and opportunities for implementation.Coordinate with vendors on pricing and cost-effective purchasing.Serve as the primary resource for specialty providers and staff.Provide clinical and operational support to specialty teams.Assist Gynecology providers with in-office procedures.Support Gynecology patient messages through the Patient Call Center.Coordinate ultrasound reports and ensure accurate processing and billing.Provide clinical support across the clinic as needed.Qualifications:Medical Assistant (certification preferred) or LPN licensure through the Minnesota Board of Nursing1+ years of supervisor experience preferredCurrent CPR CertificationKnowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.Why Join Voyage Healthcare?Supportive, collaborative, and team-focused environmentEducation assistance opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including:Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays + Birthday Floating HolidayRetirement Benefits with 401(k) MatchMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Life InsuranceVoyage Healthcare is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
