Accounts Receivable Supervisor

An established and growing organization in South Charlotte is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead AR operations on a direct hire basis. This role will oversee day‑to‑day receivables activities with a strong emphasis on franchise billing, team leadership, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable team, providing day‑to‑day guidance and oversight Oversee full‑cycle AR processes, including billing, cash application, collections, adjustments, and reconciliations Manage and maintain accurate franchise billing processes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements Review aging reports, monitor past‑due balances, and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Prepare and analyze AR reporting, metrics, and trends for leadership Leverage Excel to analyze large data sets, improve reporting, and streamline processes Assist with month‑end close activities related to accounts receivable Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within AR operations Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including prior supervisory or lead experience Required: Strong franchise billing and franchise AR experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) Strong understanding of AR best practices, collections strategies, and internal controls Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
