$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Meet with buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments and consultations

• Present real estate services and convert opportunities into signed agreements

• Help buyers find suitable properties and conduct home showings

• Prepare offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients

• Build client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and sales systems

• Follow proven sales processes to improve conversion and close transactions

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
