Requirements Conduct residential real estate closings on a daily basis Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies Address and resolve title curative matters Handle a high volume of transactions Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus. 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law. Title review experience is preferred. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment.
