Senior Director of Brand Development

Perform Search is working with a leading beverage company seeking an experienced Senior Brand Director for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity. This is a confidential search.

You will lead brand strategy and execution across a multi-category spirits portfolio. The role partners closely with senior marketing leadership, Sales, Shopper, Digital, and agency partners to drive volume, share, and contribution targets. Day to day, you will manage annual brand planning, new product development, agency relationships, and marketing budgets, and you will need to hit the ground running.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of brand management experience
• 10+ years of overall business experience
• 5+ years of P&L management preferred
• 7+ years of project management or implementation experience
• Budgeting, planning, and financial analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to travel
• Alcohol beverage or CPG experience strongly preferred
