Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Canton, GA. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales staff, analyzing customer needs, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role also involves fostering strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency in operations. Qualifications Strong Sales Management and Business Development abilities Customer Relationship Management and communication skills Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning Team Leadership, Training, and Motivational skills Knowledge of automotive sales processes and dealership operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and general computer literacy Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in the automotive industry or related sales field is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherokee Mitsubishi
