You will work closely with students to develop coping skills, improve social-emotional functioning, and achieve individualized treatment goals while supporting success at school, home, and in the community.This role involves delivering person-centered interventions, coordinating care with families and service providers, responding to crises, and promoting recovery, resilience, and academic achievement. Services are primarily provided within schools during school hours, with additional support offered in homes and community settings as needed.Join a mission-driven organization where your dedication, compassion, and commitment to youth development can make a lasting impact on the lives of students and families.Position Perks & Benefits:29 Days of PTOEligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment (eligibility requirements apply)Employee benefits package – health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and moreCompetitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan – up to 5% employer match for Part-Time and Full-Time employeesCompany-paid basic life insuranceEmergency Medical Leave ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – healthcare and dependent careHealth & Wellness ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount ProgramMileage ReimbursementKey Responsibilities:Provide behavioral health interventions and case management services aligned with individualized treatment plans and goals.Deliver services primarily within school settings while supporting youth in home and community environments as needed.Assist students in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, social skills, and daily living skills.Promote academic success by addressing barriers to school engagement and supporting positive behavioral outcomes.Coordinate care with families, schools, community agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders involved in treatment.Maintain an assigned caseload and ensure services are delivered in a timely, effective, and person-centered manner.Conduct outreach and follow-up activities, including home visits and engagement efforts for missed appointments.Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and follow-up support as appropriate.Complete accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other required systems.Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Assist with quality assurance activities, data collection, program evaluation, and compliance with agency and contractual requirements.Support program goals through flexibility, collaboration, and responsiveness to evolving student needs.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned by program leadership.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field; ORBachelor's degree in an unrelated field with two years of related behavioral health experience; ORAny combination of four years of higher education and two years of qualifying behavioral health experience; ORAssociate's degree in Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support; ORFour years of full-time qualifying experience in the behavioral health field.Qualifying experience includes:Providing individual or group services focused on recovery and resiliency.Teaching coping skills and behavioral management strategies.Supporting school, community, employment, or daily functioning goals.Implementing treatment plan objectives and behavioral health interventions.Required License/Certification:Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance required.Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings and employment requirements.Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of case management principles, rehabilitation methods, treatment planning, and behavioral health interventions.Understanding of mental health and substance use disorders and their impact on youth and families.Knowledge of community resources and support systems available to children, adolescents, and families.Familiarity with ethical, legal, and professional standards within behavioral healthcare.Strong relationship-building skills with youth, families, school personnel, and community providers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including crisis de-escalation and documentation.Strong organizational, time management, and service coordination abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to supervision and organizational standards.Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care.Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respond appropriately in crisis situations.Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive service delivery.Supervisory Requirements:None.Employment Requirements:Successful completion of background screening, including criminal history, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.Completion of New Hire Orientation upon hire.Completion of all required training, including Relias training, upon hire and annually thereafter.Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.Compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.Physical Requirements:Ability to perform sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods throughout the workday.Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms for typing, documentation, and electronic record management.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 10 pounds.Ability to travel between schools, homes, community locations, and agency sites as needed.Visual ability to read documents and work on computer screens for extended periods.Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication methods.Sedentary work may require occasional walking or standing;
