Job Description
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems on a daily basis
• Provide support to employees by assisting them with any IT related issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, answer user queries and resolve technical difficulties
• Assist with installation and configuration of software and hardware setups
• Communicate and troubleshoot with staff as needed
• Respond to all employee requests
• Other duties as required by Supervisor
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Standards
Education and Other Requirements:
• High School Degree or GED - Some college or job experience preferred
• Knowledge and proficiency in managing and supporting Windows server
• Understanding networking principles and protocols for troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues

• Follow directions and have the ability to work well with others
