Overview GardaWorld – Security Services Security Officer- NFL Special Detail Veterans and Retired Police Force Encouraged to apply Responsibilities Provide a visible and professional security presence at special events, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Establish and maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance. Monitor crowd behavior and respond promptly to any disturbances or security concerns. Monitor surroundings and conduct thorough risk assessments for special detail assignments and develop tailored security strategies. Respond promptly to emergencies, taking decisive actions to mitigate risks and protect individuals or assets. Collaborate with event organizers, local authorities, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts. Read and write detailed reports. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times. Be willing to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Possess flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Build trust with clients and maintain professionalism to avoid misperceptions. Demonstrate a strong willingness to accept feedback; flexibility and an open mindset are valued. Background & Qualifications High school education or equivalent (GED). Ability to pass an extensive screening process. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Texas unarmed security license or the ability to obtain one. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. At least 21 years old. Security, law enforcement, or military experience. Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time. Proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail in the work environment. Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $20 per hour Shift: Part-Time positions available. Must have flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. Open availability highly preferred.
