You'll help drive operational excellence, foster strong partnerships, and contribute to the ongoing success of our Payments business. Our team values intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and a strategic mindset.Job Responsibilities:Lead business reviews, executive reporting, leadership meetings, and planning eventsAssist with group organization and structureMonitor strategic investment proposals and track delivery against plansDeliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance productivityProvide monthly metrics results and analysisDevelop a product-centric, end-to-end approach by partnering with key stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with functional partners to promote shared awarenessExpand and enhance the business management and support networkHelp craft the Payments Operations narrative for leadership and global town hallsDevelop platforms to connect senior leaders with the broader organizationSupport the development and ownership of future operational support plans and strategy; Conduct horizon scanning to inform leadership of emerging trendsOwn group Objectives and Key Results (OKR) development and accountability processRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Strong analytical and organizational skillsDemonstrated execution experience with ability to meet and enforce deadlinesAbility to act independently and make proactive recommendationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyData literacy and experience with data-driven decision makingFlexible and adaptable, able to work across regions, levels, and functionsPreferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Experience in business management, operations, project management, or business strategyExperience in payments or financial services industryStrategic mindset with ability to visualize future demands and challengesFocus on self-development and continuous learningAbility to facilitate meetings and dialogues with multiple stakeholdersExperience building and expanding business management networksFamiliarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) frameworks**To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
