Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance requirements
