Responsibilities

Randstad Orlando is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Administrator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Communications: Field incoming phone calls and assist walk-in visitors.

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and screen candidates to fill open positions.

• Onboarding Support: Schedule and administer pre-employment drug tests and required onboarding checks.

• Sales & Marketing: Assist the sales team with marketing initiatives and client outreach.

• General Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support overall office workflow.
