We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will play a vital role in attracting top talent and ensuring the FAIRWINDS Way is at the heart of our recruiting efforts.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will serve as a full-cycle recruiter, partnering with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire candidates. This role is ideal for a driven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions (hourly, salaried).


• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.


• Source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative methods.


• Review resumes, conduct prescreens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


• Meet and exceed KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview-to-offer ratios, and quality-of-hire metrics.


• Ensure accurate and timely use of our Applicant Tracking System, UKG Pro, to maintain compliance and reporting.


• Represent FAIRWINDS at career fairs, networking events, and community engagements.


• Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the FAIRWINDS brand and values.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required (corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience welcomed).


• Previous recruiting experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, or credit union preferred.


• Experience with UKG Pro or other applicant tracking systems preferred.


• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards required.


• Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition, compliance, and candidate experience required.


• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, demonstrating both efficiency and quality in hiring outcomes.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.


• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
