Field Marketing Manager- Electrophysiology- EAST

Abbott seeks a Field Marketing Manager for its Electrophysiology division to drive commercial execution in the West Territory. The role combines field support for the sales team, campaign delivery, product education, and strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders to advance cardiac arrhythmia treatment products.

Responsibilities

Execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to West Territory needs and customer segments
Support US EP sales team with product training, competency assessment, and messaging alignment
Collaborate with Product Management, providing feedback on messaging, promotions, and market releases
Analyze campaign data using Salesforce and PowerBI to measure success and refine targeting
Engage with key opinion leaders and top accounts to drive Abbott product preference

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years healthcare, life sciences, or technology product experience
Complex medical device product portfolio knowledge
Strategic product planning and commercial execution experience
Developed leadership and project management skills
Salesforce and PowerBI proficiency
