Part-Time Server/Bartender Opportunity

The Rocks, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server/Bartender. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $18 per hour plus tips. Schedule Morning or afternoon shifts available, including weekends. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describe specials of the day to guests, answer questions regarding menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintain organized workstation and side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques Practice tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol Other Qualifications Demonstrates good energy and motivation Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Additional Compensation – Service Charge, Employee Meals Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
