Frontline Consultants & Contracting is expanding our team! We are looking for self-motivated, high-energy, and coachable individuals to join us as an Outside Sales & Project Manager .

Zero Experience Required: Our owner and top-performing Project Manager will personally mentor you, providing full training on scripts, closing systems, and insurance claims.
High-Reward Pay Structure:
$250 weekly base pay.
$50 per qualified appointment set.
$150 per signed contract.
Weekly Bonus: Hit 10 qualified appointments in a week and get an extra $200!
Note: If your appointment commissions exceed your base, you keep the higher amount.
A Proven Path: You aren't just selling; you are managing a territory and building your own business within our company.
Lead Generation: Hit the pavement, door-knock, and build your own customer territory.
Pipeline Management: Take ownership of your sales funnel from the first door-knock to the signed contract.
Advocacy: Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims and improving their homes.
Constant Learning: Work side-by-side with leadership to master the art of the deal.
Must Have: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Mindset: High energy, "hungry" for success, and 100% coachable.
Availability: Willing to put in the work required to generate your own leads and hit your goals.
