Commercial cum Residential Roof Service Specialist

Synergy Preserve LLC has strong experience in renovation and property maintenance. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Established subcontractor technician with experience in commercial and residential roofing systems (single-ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, tile, slate, shingles, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance related issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
• Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings
• Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding
• Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards
• Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
