Our 133‑bed hospital offers a birthing center, neonatal ICU, 24/7 emergency department, and is a Level II Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Responsibilities Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills. Education and Qualifications Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Registered by the ARDMS within 1 year of hire. Licensure and Certification Must be certified in one of the following areas within 12 months: Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Breast, or Nuchal Translucency. For North Dakota, must have current license with the North Dakota Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (NDMIRT) upon hire. If working in Department 2010‑2042320 MSK Ultrasound – SMDC HOSP, must complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months. Location and Schedule Location: 32nd Avenue Building. Shift: Evening rotation. Rotation days include weekends. Hours per pay period: 80. Compensation range: $37.10–$55.65 per hour.
