Notify the project manager if there are missing submittals.Maintain a daily log of potential changes or back charges and unusual circumstances that may warrant attention. Report back charges and change orders to the project managers. If the project manager agrees to change the order, then fill out a change order request and submit it to the project manager to include in monthly billings before the 20th of every month. Maintain a log of all Change order requests (COR).Write and submit all requests for information (RFI's) and maintain a log of all RFI's.Maintain a clean work site.Install plumbing systems.Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.Supervise all Jet personnel for whom you are responsible. Report tardiness and disciplinary issues to the general manager.Maintain a daily record of timesheets for all Jet employees that you are responsible for. Submit timesheets to the office. Sign off on all timesheets before submitting them to the office.Maintain a positive workplace; coordinate in advance with other trades, especially other Jet divisions. Resolve issues between other Jet divisions before reporting to the General contractor.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Active driver's license with an acceptable driving record2+ years of Plumbing Foreman Experience preferredExperience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projectsAbility to read and follow plans and specsAbility to communicate effectively with the direct crew, maximize efficiency, meet project schedules, and deliver high-quality projects on timeBasic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively.
