Experienced corporate attorney with 5+ years in general corporate law, preferably with familiarity in venture capital, capital markets, and public company reporting. Compensation: $365,000 – $435,000 base salary (DOE) with discretionary bonuses. Requirements Minimum 5 years of general corporate law experience. Deep familiarity with venture capital financings, public offerings, and SEC reporting. Experience representing startup and emerging companies across growth stages. Strong corporate governance knowledge and client counseling skills. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. California Bar admission or eligibility to waive in preference.
