Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to teams and other managers. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
